Welcome to YUMI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YUMI mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by YUMI ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
YUMI is a personal companion for intermittent fasting and mindful eating. It provides estimates, suggestions, and visualisations to support your habits — not medical advice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YUMI. If you are under 18, you must use the Service with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting or dietary routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
YUMI processes data on-device where possible and may sync with your private iCloud account. You retain ownership of your data.

YUMI may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Health). You control what data is shared through your device settings.
Some features require a YUMI+ subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

YUMI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
All outputs — including calorie estimates, fasting guidance, and insights — are generated for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.
YUMI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes.
YUMI does not guarantee weight loss, health improvements, or any specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £0 if no payment was made.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
